Get ready for an unforgettable evening of live salsa music, joy, laughter and dancing at the iconic Mercury Café! Join us for an evening of great vibes fueled by the rhythmic energy of the Colorado Mambo Orchestra!

The Colorado Mambo Orchestra (COMO), founded and led by Dr. Raul Murciano Jr., is a dynamic Denver-based group known for its high-energy Salsa/Mambo style. COMO’s repertoire spans from traditional Cuban music to R&B, American Songbook standards, and Brazilian tunes.

Dr. Murciano, a founding member and musical director of the Miami Sound Machine (with Gloria Estefan), brings decades of experience to COMO. Since relocating to Denver, he has established COMO to highlight the influence of Cuban music globally.

This special event is brought to you in collaboration with Somos Dance Studio and CALDAC, uniting Denver’s Latin music and dance communities for an evening you won’t want to miss!

To kick off the night, Tom El RastaSalsa will be teaching a short salsa class from 8:00-8:30pm —perfect for getting warmed up before the incredible sounds of the Colorado Mambo Orchestra take over the dance floor.
