“OLB…The Dancers’ Orquesta in Colorado”

Lead by musical director Fernando Flores from Panama, Orquesta La Brava embraces the vibrant percussive energy from the Caribbean, along with the rawness of New York’s Spanish Harlem, where Salsa was born. Celebrating the Golden Age of Salsa. Orquesta La Brava proudly carries Salsa music forward to a new generation of thirsty music goers looking for a lively, percussively driven musical experience. OLB is made up of stellar Denver-based musicians from all over the world. Mr. Flores has managed to lead his project to become one of Colorado’s hardest hitting and purest Salsa bands since its inception in 2010.

This special event is brought to you in collaboration with Somos Dance Studio and CALDAC, uniting Denver’s Latin music and dance communities for an evening you won’t want to miss! To kick off the night, Tom El RastaSalsa will be teaching a short salsa class from 7:00-7:30pm —perfect for getting warmed up before the incredible sounds of Orquesta La Brava take over the dance floor.
